Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Captain America and his assistant Fluffy Kitty! Syd decided she wanted to be the one in charge and got dressed all by herself, then Eli of course wanted to wear hers! I love watching their personalities come out and seeing them playing together. James, Korwren, Eli and Sydney.
Friday, August 31, 2012. Neglect, Distraction and Humor. And this morning, I have to tell you, I found myself giggling at my own thoughts. I was giggling at Ethan. But it took me most of the morning to figure out what was going on with him this morning while he was trying to get ready for school, and when it finally dawned on me it made me laugh out loud.
Tuesday, April 13, 2010. The Colburn side of the family had lunch together on Saturday and we tried to get a few pics of the kids before lunch. Sunday, December 11, 2011. Cannon Beach with Mom. This was quite a special day. The kids and I had been to Cannon Beach before, but never when the tide was this low. We walked right out to the rock and were thrilled with what we found! I had never seen anything like this outside of an aquarium! Christmas Along the Barlow Trail. There are a lot of pictures in this post, but I just couldnt resist! Why dont we have a sled? Mom came for a visit! Not that my kids needed any encouragement to get up early.CONTENT

Am liebsten backe ich süße Köstlichkeiten, aber vor kurzem habe ich mich mal am herzhaften Bachwerk versucht und ich denke, es ist mir ganz gut gelungen. Ich hatte ihnen damals zwei Varianten einer Quiche serviert. Mein Favorit ist übrigens die Sauerkraut-Quiche. Aber das liegt wohl daran, das ich als waschechte Thüringerin einfach bratwurstfanatisch bin.
Ein paar Notizen über dies und das. Der Mai war sehr anspruchsvoll. Und ich habe eine neue Pulsuhr, damit ich meinen Herzschlag endlich wieder besser überwachen kann.
Ich habe noch eine Hochzeitskarte zu zeigen. Da ich sie direkt nach der Hochzeitsbox gemacht habe, sehen sich die beiden Werke schon ein bisschen ähnlich. Aber es lag eben sowieso noch das Papier da rum und warum dann nicht direkt in dem Fluss weiter machen? Das Motiv ist Lili of the Valley. Die Textstempel sind von AEH-Design.
