This is the blog of my life and times in Haiti with the Mennonite Central Committee. MCC is a North American relief and development organization active in over 50 countries around the world. In Haiti, MCC runs programs in reforestation as well as peacebuilding. Friday, June 04, 2010. My brother came to Port-au-Prince two weeks ago. He was checking out a place where his church might send a work team, but we were lucky enough to have a few days together.

Monday, September 27, 2010. It is hard to believe that the month of September it almost over and I have not had time to put up a new blog. Well here it goes, a little late, but at least it is still September and it is before we leave Nicaragua. Th rest of this month we have been trying to make sure all of work is coming to a completion and ready to be passed on, as well as packing things up. Also, we have been visiting. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Thankful that Julia smiles for pictures. Julia is just relaxing in the living room. Kala is now 3 months old here. Our 3-month old golden retriever. June 11th, Bradyn enjoying the jacuzzi. Julia is so comfortable in the water this year. Bradyn loves these water squirters. Uncle Jeff is helping out watching the kids. Bradyn is getting the lizards.
