Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Weight Loss When Hungry, Eat. Im still plugging away at a number of technical topics, so I wanted to share a bit more of my experience with food and weight loss. Eating when youre hungry is a little scary when youve had problems with your weight. Its easier to have rigid rules for what and when you eat. There is, and probably always will be, a little voice thats scared of putting it all back on again. Thats a reasonable concern, after all! Monday, January 18, 2010.
