The past year has been filled with emotional highs and lows. I am sure it is the same for everyone else. My Mom has been gone just a year and I still find myself wanting to walk into the other room to tell or show her something. Whatever your relationship is or was with your parents there is always mixed emotions about things said or unsaid. I needed to take care of ME and calm my stress levels down.
