Secretly blogging . On a more serious note. Monday, April 20, 2015. Now that i am not getting any younger and i have a job for 3 years now that makes me sit 8 to 10 hours and on a night shift plus the unhealthy food i eat everyday i am not sure how long my body could take this kind of lifestyle if i wont make an effort to exercise to at least compensate my unpleasant and awful way of living. So here i am, together with some friends from work in an attempt to a healthier lifestyle. Monday, April 20, 2015.
