This is my final 3D form! I think it responds well to the brief as it involves repetition and it reflects my research. Using the 12 separate pieces attached using double sided tape, I sewed thread around the bottom pieces to connect them as it was very unstable, the tape kept un-sticking and falling out of shape etc. Also attached some thread to some of the points at the top to create a hanging, kind of like a chandelier. To create this I pasted the same image into my text and then played around with the placement of the text until you could see all of the letters against the background. which took at lot of editing and frustration!
