Which Races Should Libertarians Target In The 2016 Election. While reading an article this morning by W. us, I sort of had an epiphany. I think I might know where Libertarians should target in 2016 and actually make a difference. It makes sense for the Libertarian Party to actively recruit candidates in urban areas where there are few Republicans.
