Sunday, July 1, 2012. Been awhile since i last cooked. Mainly because of my finger but even after my finger finally recovered, I have been too occupied with work that i havent been cooking. Wanted to roast some chicken with rosemary but my dad took out beef instead from the freezer. Marinated the meat with red wine, barbecue sauce, rosemary and salt and pepper.
