Desis Diary to a Healthier Me! Friday, September 4, 2009. Another wonderful raw day. Yesterday I didnt have much of an appetite. I think I had too many nut and nut based meals the day before. I plan to limit myself less than a handful of nuts today to try to get appetite back up to where it should be. Even though I made the Fettuccine Alfredo from Alissa Cohens book, Living on Live Food.
