Tuesday, December 13, 2011. We are thinking of going to Myrtle beach in May. I could really use some advice on a 5 star type of hotel. A timeshare sounds like it might be better to rent. We have no clue as we have never been in this area before. We are going to drive down. Bike or moped rentals? Anyone know of any good places to rent bikes or mopeds in Charleston? We are headed out.

ALSO we are staying at the Avista for the first time, we stayed at long bay last year wanted a change, any news on the avista? Have heard several positive reviews on Avista. Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Has anyone stayed here or know where this is located on the island? And if so what is it like? Waterside by spinnaker resort. Waterside is located behind Coligny Plaza Shopping center and the Heritage Plaza Shopping centers. It is secluded and a walk from the beach. Dillon Road is mid island and near the airport. I know of no timeshares in that area. Brighton tower at Kingston Plantation.
