This is a story about a restoration of a 1973 MGB using a new British Motor Heritage bodyshell. Sunday, 17 February 2008. Now it is mid February and the new shell has been adjusted so that the doors and bonnet fit properly. The Boot lid supplied with the shell had to be sent back as the top RHS corner was not a curve; it was more like a 20p coin. Other work that has been going on is the sand blasting and powder coating of almost everything! Over the last month I have spent most of my time cleaning parts .
