Finns mycket som borde göras och inget som orkas med! Men nu när solen tittar fram lite oftare så kanske man blir på piggare humör! Stockholm maraton närmar med stormsteg och formen känns riktigt ok. Den 2e smäller det, Jocke jag vet att du kommer spöa mig med minst en mil men jag ger mig inte för det! Dagens träning var löpning och intervaller genom Malmö stad och ut på ribban för Stabilitetsträning för överkropp och leder i form av armhävningar, dips, benböj och utfallsteg.

ÄNTLIGEN har jag fått nytt jobb och kunnat säga upp mig ifrån mitt gamla jobb! Det känns så bra, så jag hoppas att känslan jag har är rätt! Varit ledig hela denna veckan! Kommer vara helt konstigt att gå till jobb på måndag! Men det har varit en trevlig, lärorik och kort vecka. det går så fort! Blir väl en liten sväng ut i byn om en stund, för att få lite frisk luft!
