Sunday, July 8, 2012. We did a few fun things this morning. I am not the best a taking pictures but I do have a few. We did lots of swimming and took a few trips. Ava really likes going to the splash pad and playing with the other kids. We did a staycaion in Scottsdale with my mom, mother-in-law and sister. It was nice to get a way for a day. Ava and I just joined them for swimming at the pool. It was a lot of fun! Overall it has been a good summer so far.

After a few minutes up there, I heard her turn on the heater in her room so I immediately went up to turn it off and what I walked into was what resembled a chicken coop massacre. Almost 2 containers of salt, plenty of hot water, half a bottle of all purpose cleaner, 3 towels, 2 washcloths, ALOT of elbow grease and nearly an hour later - I managed to clean the mess. Crea, Ashley, Lila, Hali, Abby, and Ella. Friday, May 17, 2013. We lost Papa Bill March 12, 2013. We drove down to be there for the funeral. If I could have told my 11 year old self that I would grow to love him so much I would have told my 32 year old self that I was crazy. I am grateful to have had a Papa to be there as I grew and started my own family. Lila had her first ice fishing experience with Dad and the Young Men. As you can see, she had a great time. Ella is too cute for her own good! Use pump.

Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Three years ago today we got to bring our sweet princess home from the hospital - after being there for 14 weeks. We sure love her and are so grateful for our little miracle baby. and her beautiful gift of life. Monday, January 2, 2012. Plus, since she was in nice snow clothing there was no crying for being wet and cold.

Tuesday, February 25, 2014. The sprinklers in the fields. The wind that comes through the canyon at night and the sound of the trains. It has solidified some pretty good summer memories for these kids. Aaron drove up with us spent a couple of days and then had to leave to get back to working and bishoping. I stayed an extra week with the kids. These two have such a love hate relationship.
