Thursday, April 14, 2011. One of my main strengths was that I was good at modeling vehicles. This is mostly because blue prints can easily be found online of a lot of vehicles. These Blue prints can be used as reference plates when modeling. Another strength I found was that I am good at creating simple materials. This can be said for the snow and gold in the animation scenes and also the chrome and fabric used in the Parahawks. The main opportunity in this course was to learn.
For the task of creating. I chose to just use the standard James Bond theme for the soundtrack as its just a classic theme and identifies it as a James Bond trailer. Wednesday, 13 April 2011.
Wednesday, 9 February 2011. Tuesday, 8 February 2011. Wednesday, 2 February 2011. I made a rectangle shape and went to the Array tool box I was able to choose how many copies of the shape I required. I was then able to clone the shape to create lots of them. This is a useful tool for when you want to repeat a lot of the same object.
I feel that this project went well, although i found it hard to complete as the computer labs were not available to render my work on, I managed to complete the work to a satisfactory standard. I found that once i got to grips with the software interface that it was rather straight forward to create shapes and models.
