Traditional recipes are very cakey and dry. Boring. The Snickerdoodles Im used to are thin, flat, chewy and very buttery. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I made these. Americas Test Kitchen cookies. But I switched out the chocolate chips for MMs. They were perfection. As I was enjoying cookie number. Makes about 24 cookies.
