Eigentlich wollte ich ja jeden Tag etwas zur Darmsanierung schreiben, aber die Realität des Arbeitsalltags hat gezeigt, das ich es leider nicht schaffe. Ich denke eine Zusammenfassung am Wochenende ist realistischer. Seit gestern nehme ich 4 Paracleanse vor den 3 Mahlzeiten zu mir. Die Colonformula Dosis bleibt während der gesamten Sanierung gleich.
