What should we grow? What do we need? Great Burstead and South Green Allotments. Been picking olives in Umbria. At the mill the gathered olives arrive, they are loaded into a hopper, we watch them rotated in a screw device for 45 minutes or so before its all pumped into a filter and then into a separator to remove remaining water and the oil comes out. It is a beautiful green colour and has a peppery taste.

2 miles a minute. Wednesday, 20 February 2008. Not had much time to update my blog, just thought would show anyone new to allotments what can be done in a year. Sunday, 17 June 2007. Well its now 6 months since i got the allotment and as you can see its getting there. One of these days i must learn to make my blog nice and neat! Tuesday, 8 May 2007. Monday, 16 April 2007. Saturday, January 31, 2015. One of my High School Classmates found me! La Feria, TX - 61ยบ -. Lyle Erstrom was in my high school class of some 30 kids. Though we were not close, we shared the same classes for high school; me - 4 years and Lyle the last 3 years. Also got started on putting windows in new wall on the west side of our awning.
