Spencer is 15 months old, and a little devil. He is great, but trouble is his middle name! He is the cutest little guy! He has huge hazel eyes, with specs of devil in them! He looks at you and laughs if you dare to tell him No or stop that Spencer. If you dare to have the nerve to slap his hand, he LAUGHS!
