Workshop on Sustainable Energy Production Alternatives. Since the village is located in a really remote place, the use of diesel engines raises the problem of fuel supplying. Our mission is then to use the local environment to develop efficient sustainable energy production plant to supply the village. I would like to stress on the word transversal technologies. Actually, it appears that ICT are helpful to develop governance, daily.
