Saturday, July 12, 2014. For speed. Seriously people have you seen how short my legs are? There is a reason you dont see Olympic runners that are short, its just not going to happen. I could run faster, I could train, do sprints and strength training, but speed it not my goal, so I dont. Im proud of my 10 minmile and wouldnt have it any other way. Because I really love it now! I DO RUN b. Because I like to challenge myself and push my self physically. At times I try to run faster, very rarely.
