Tuesday, December 20, 2011. Tune up check and spheres. The points were in synch so I did not touch anything there. The engine is running very smoothly and the car drives well. The choke cable is broken; this tag helps a little for a cold start. Thursday, December 8, 2011. I have reattached the steering column to the dash to be able to drive the car.
Wednesday, December 2, 2009. Yesterday, I tuned the 5th gear. To get the reverse fork, the lifting of the selector above the pin permits to grab the reverse fork. Reinstalling the cover was not a walk in the park. A magnetic screw driver is needed to reinstall the cover. I used petroleum jelly to stick the screw at the end of the screw driver. Monday, April 18, 2011. The car is back together, but. The car is finished and delivered. The rear left brake line had the wrong ending. I am wondering how this did not leak. I made a new one with Citroen fittings. I had to do some grinding to get the drum properly fitted. Thursday, April 7, 2011.
