Thursday, June 3, 2010. Turning my blog into a Book. I have had a little set back when my computer died. Thank goodness my husband was able to retrieve all my pictures and blog book off my hard drive. I now have to do my blog book on my lap top and let me tell you! Did I Eat That? It seems like those words come out of my mouth whenever I go on a diet. The trick to 15-minute meals is to have everything prepped in advance. Vegetables should be washed and trimmed. Friday, October 19, 2012. After almost three years I have decided to start blogging again. The last time I posted was when my daddy past away almost three years ago in December. Life has been very different without him. I miss him so much everyday, but I know he is watching over me and guiding me through life. Since we last spoke a lot has changed. Since diabetes runs in my family I decided to make a change in some of my deserts. I was speaking to my Aunt Rosemarie over the holidays and she told me how she makes her sugar coated nuts. I also have a recipe for sugar coated Spiced Nuts. 1 bag 16 oz. pecan halves. 8 oz of roasted salted cashews. 6 oz of Macadamia nuts. 34 cup of Brown Sugar Splenda. 14 cup of Splenda.CONTENT
