Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Its almost time again. So, im finally updating again. at the request of one of my regular readers.im terrible at this blogging thing! So, last week i lost 7.8lbs! My total is 106.2lbs lost. Except heres my issue. every time i hit the 100lb mark, i sabotage myself. i end up gaining the following week or two.
