This 43L aquarium is predominantly planted with Cryptocoryne sp. It will house dwarf fish, snail and shrimp species. Lots of circulation -. I have experienced a few fish deaths last summer because of the high temperatures up to 31C. I had one 280 lh pump running and in my opinion this is way too weak to add enough Oxygen to the water. It is impossible taking a good photo, since they hide as soon as you approach the tank. I am not sure what to do really? I might get some liquifry food.

Sorry for not updating this blog acordingly but had some unfinished job to bring to end so . The fry are 12 days old now! The HM and CT fry are doing much better. I can count approx 20 fry but these are much smalller and grow slower. I have removed both fathers. Will try and post some photos I took last week.
I will do experiments in this 15 liters aquarium. I would like to see which shrimp species will interbreed. I will not sell the interbred shrimplets of course. I can see at least 8 Bumblebee shrimplets. There must be more in there, hard to say because of the plant density. RCS babys are all over the tank. So far nothing strange has happened.

First step was to clean the bush standing in the way. This pond looks very natural rather than arranged. The way I like it.
This 180 litres tank was set-up to resamble a riverbank. It is housing Puntius denisonii which grow to 15 cm and this tank is their frow out aquarium. When they get bigger I will move them into a bigger tank. Sunday, November 6, 2011. Saturday, January 1, 2011. Denisonii barbs are growing and coloring up nicely.
