Saturday, August 27, 2011. With nothing better to do, COOK! What a nice way to spend some time with family and friends, cooking and eating! Much better than going to a resturant! But sometimes we do need to go and try out now dishes and come home and give it a bashing! The Yam cake made by a friend, it was cut up and then fried with garlic, chives, eggs benasprouts and chilie sauce. The Japanese fried seaweed with fresh soybeans, sliced carrots. For the Ipoh hofun, we used chicken stock, prawn shell stock.
Children often like to imagine and day dream a lot. These are short stories for easy reading. I hope children all over the world will read and enjoy them. Some drawings are drawn by a local artist David Fam, my brother.
A collection of paintings by David Fam. He is an Architect by profession and drawing and watercolour painting has always been his passion. It was not until in his middle forties that he decided to take it up seriously, painting on his own during weekends and evenings after work.
