Thursday, September 20, 2012. Laura and Kelly digging a trench for geo pipe 6 feet in the ground with Sean Broadwell. Backhoe is owned by Mike Doney. This is the field in front of the house looking toward the road. Laura wanted to do a post. Trenches are about 300 feet long. This is the back of the house. Laura calls it the smiley face house. I guess you have to use your imagination. This is what it came from.

My sister-in-laws baby was blessed today, so we spent the weekend with his family and it was so much fun. The blessing was lovely and baby Davis is pretty stinking cute. Life has been so busy with work and school and all the wonderful things life has to offer. School has been really hard this last couple semesters as I have been trying to finish up my last few classes left to finally, and I mean finally, graduate from the community college.
Pods in SuccessFactors Performance Management Form. SuccessFactors is requiring companies who currently use SuccessFactors to upgrade to the v12 user interface by the 1508 Quarterly Release. Even though the Performance Management v12 Acceleration is not mandatory for this release, it eventually will be; therefore, it is prudent for SuccessFactors administrators to begin planning for this upgrade now.
