A departure from creative writing. Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Cascais and Sintra, Portugal. Another awesome adventure weekend that almost didnt happen. I missed the bus to the airport and thus missed the train by only seconds - I saw it pull away from the station! A 3 hour flight and a 45 min taxi ride later, I was at the hostel in Cascais! It was beautifully done and we had the entire place to ourselves! Yes, those are real peacocks in the park! Welcome to the beach! One of my favorite shots of the trip.CONTENT
