Monday, 10 November 2008. It was agreed that our music video suited the backpacker, old school hip hop genre, a bit like Pharcyde. Our target audience was said to be older teenagers and fans of hip hop in general. Wednesday, 1 October 2008.

Fast paced, well in time with beat. Cuts between the drums are good. Very good variety of special effects and it goes well with music.

Wednesday, 12 November 2008. Tuesday, 11 November 2008. After finishing our music video we have put it on youtube and gave and received feedback for each group. Visuals worked with the transitions. Liked the beginning and ending shot mirroring.
Friday, 14 November 2008. After seeing our video on the big screen at the Cambridge Picture House, we can finally call our video complete. Unfortunately, our video had a few issues! The reversed sections were really stuttery, which of course, ruined that element of our video. Nevertheless, we received a strong applause and also, members of our group were complimented multiple times by people that had seen it. Monday, 10 November 2008.
Friday, 14 November 2008. We altered each of the shots with a plain background, to make the background whiter, and to increase the light in the shot. We did this in FinalCut by doing colour correction. We also had to put all of the shots into widescreen, to keep them constant and to ensure that you couldnt see any of the other shots behind them.

Monday, 10 November 2008. Location didnt differ but shots did to make it interesting. Mise en scene - flashbacks did look like a real couple and reflects the mood of the song. Slow cuts flowed well with the song as it was a slow song. Characters rarely shown together, shows they have been speerated. Good use of camera effects - REC. Home filming looks make is seem like a real home video. Performance fits with the genre. Swing - empty and bed - gone .
Tuesday, 4 November 2008. Cut all the footage of instruments and sync to music. Make sure split screens are introduced at the right moments, to the beat. Carry on putting in the footage of the narrative and the singing. Blog any problems and solutions. Make a group decision on how we want the video to finish.
Wednesday, 12 November 2008. Feedback from final video once showed to class-. Pan is good from picnic to tree. White boarder- worked well-gave the impression of dreaming and heaven. Also it covers his face during the tree shot so you cant tell that he is even singing. Very cheesy and not convincing. At some points it looks awquard-eg the hug. Wrong way round with the boy n girl.

GROUP 09 -Antonia, Ally, Claire- Music Video. Wednesday, 12 November 2008. The first screening was shown to an audience of roughly 25 people. The feedback was varied, however, aspects such as the lighting and split screen were continuously praised. The lighting was described as;. Mysterious, dramatic and professional. The narrative was good and held the attention of the audience long enough so that the narrative can be explained by the end two shots.
